Nak jadi kurus lagi..

Tolongla.. actually dah sungguh lama ingin berdiet.. Even though ramai org ckp no needla.. sbb mmg berat yg ideal.. tapi tak nak jugak.. Nak jugak kurus lagik... Kira tak tercapai nak pakai baju dulu2.. So smlm tgk la losing it with jillian.. Selalu jek terharu tgk diaorg.. mcm terharu dpt turunkan berat.. Giler ko dlm 6 minggu turun berkg kg.. Aku cam nak turun 5.5kg jek..Sbb skrg berat 45kg.. So tak cute.. kena kurus lagi baru cute.. Bengong nak mampus kan..

So berdasarkan losing it with jillian.. starting from today.. I promise akan start the process of diet.. After 6 weeks.. I will lost the total of 5.5kg.. Watch it ye.. So starting from today :25th January (OoO hari ni tepat sebulan bertunang.. tak perasan *tetiba plak citer lain*)  and akan end on 1st March..

Makan pagi tadi dah la bnyk nak mam.. So start dgn campur2 nasi goreng, mee goreng, bihun goreng and telur masak pedas, teh o ngan kuih popia yg manis and terlalu la delicious sebanyak 3 biji.. So korang bayangkan la total kalori aku for morning tadi mcm maneh.. I really enjoy food and eat a lot.. Ada certain org nak berdiet takleh sentuh nasi langsung 3 bulan.. Aku ni plak mkn nasi 3 kali sehari.. morning nasi, tghari nasi, mlm nasi.. So camno nak turun?? Asal teman hairos mkn... sah sah la aku mkn dgn sup2 ekor..beriani kambing.. dgn midnight nye skali pun aku turun mkn.. So weight aku kekal di tangga 45kg and baru naik pg tadi 45.5kg and membuatkan aku sakit hati..aku start nak turun kan berat since sebelum tunang dari bulan puasa dulu.. so dari bulan 8 sampai skrg dah 6 bulan berlalu.. Dan kini nak mencabar diri sendiri nak turun 5.5kg dlm 6 minggu.. Idea ni dpt dari kawan aku yg buat problog jugak Juliana Zainal.. So i thought this maybe one of the way untuk turunkan berat..

So kita mulakan yah:

Starting date 25th January 2011

Ending date 1st March 2011

Target Weight : 40 kg
Current Weight :45.5kg

Breakfast tadi - bihun + nasi goreng + mee goreng + 3 popia and teh o
Lunch :Unknown yet
Dinner :Unknown yet

Type of exercise today : Maybe running on treadmill.. (tapi ptg ni kena jaga exam *penat*)

So far keyakinan is like zero% maybe after turun 0.5kg.. I will add up the confidence.. dan akan melompat2. Will see..

Akan update esok apa yg saya buat hari nini.. Daaa
